We just had a Bankruptcy discharged and after a doing a lot of research and visiting different Mazda dealers, we went to Brown's Chantilly Mazda and bought the exact car we wanted at an excellent interest rate - all things considered and drove away in our new Mazda 5. We know we got the best deal around. Charlie, Anthony, and Matt are professionals, and provide excellent customer service. Fabulous buying experience! I just purchased a new Mazda3 in May I am thrilled with my new vehicle and purchasing experience. Charlie, our salseman, and the rest of the staff were very knowledgable, accomodating, and inviting. When my husband was late arriving everyone was patient and helped make great use of my time, so none of it was spent idle. They had the color 3 we wanted in stock and ready to go. After listening to Charlie explain everything about the car, I left there feeling comfortable and prepared in my new vehicle. Everyone was very professional but still incredibly friendly. They will definitely see me again! Update: About a year later my husband's Audi was totaled and he liked my Mazda so much that he wanted one as well. However, we had moved to Indiana and the service I received from the Mazda dealerships around us was subpar at best. We had such a great experience with Brown's though so we called them up even though we had moved to Indianapolis. Charlie once again worked with us and helped us go through the entire buying process via phone and email and they even delivered our brand-new Sky Active Mazda 3 to us in Indianapolis, IN! These people at Brown's are truly the salt of the earth!

Routine oil & filter, rotate & balance service on May 9. Requested appointment online after hours and received confirmation of my date & time early the next day. Service check-in by rep Robert Shaw was fast and pleasant. Robert kept me informed during the service and provided advice on possible future service need at the end. Total time in the waiting area was probably 1 1/2 hours. Excellent repeat experience. Chantilly Mazda takes top notch care of their customers.
